"I have been with State Farm auto insurance for over 20 years. Every time I have called to make any policy changes or need something like digital proof of insurance they have always been great at helping me quickly and easily. My last interaction with Kim Smith at my local office was again awesome and deserving of a positive review. "Ashley was absolutely wonderful. I would be happy to have her handle any insurance need I have. She was very patient, considerate, and answered any questions I had without putting any kind of pressure. John Smith gave a great impression, also, as did the other representatives. Very clean, calm, office, with zero hassle, and they handled my policy transfer from out of state very quickly without an appointment. Highly recommended! Update, April 16th 2025: They have been exceptional from the get go. John Smith leads an excellent team. They are always so communicative and patient. They send cards and check up with you.
