We met with Sarah Kwaak at John Smith State Farm. She was very helpful and guided us on what we needed to do in order to transfer our policies to this agency. We started the process on a Friday evening and by Tuesday morning the transfer was complete and she managed to find that three of our auto policies were not set up for low mileage discounts. She also found that my license was listed from a previous state. Everything has been changed and we could not be happier. We highly recommend this agency and in particular want to recognize Sarah for her promptness to the situation we were in.
